    My first delivery when I got to test it after the return window proved that something was not right. I sent the seller indicating that there could have need a problem. I bought another to discount my theory. The new chip arrived and after a lot of debugging proved I was wrong and both chips worked. The reason for the neutral feedback is that the seller has not to this date replied back. Very annoyed at the silence.
