    Before purchasing, I hesitated due concerns about breakage, but the seller said they'd protect it well. But the fact is there wasn't enough padding inside the box for protection, ‌the item was carelessly placed inside, resulting in shattering. No response from the seller after contact, very disappointed.

    I received your email & pictures of the item. I packed the item with 3 different packing item types (air bag, bubble wrap and box) to ensure item arrived safely. I do have return policy of 30 days & didn't get contacted by you until about 42 days from order. I contacted ebay as I was unsure how to handle this. I was advised by two ebay phone persons that since the return policy had not been handled by 30 days, that advised me to take no action. I responded to explain delayed response.
