The item arrived with some parts missing. Also no paperwork or instructions which seemed odd for a new item. Seller initially suggested it was a manufacturers problem and not for them to sort as the reseller. They did end up refunding some of the cost to cover the missing parts which I then had to purchase myself. This was appreciated but overall not a great buying experience.
