    I'm not an experienced E-bay shopper, at check out was told this seller does not ship to a PO box so I changed to a physical address. The post office does not deliver to our location, but to a PO box. Seller sent by USPS and post office complained about using physical address. Why do you ship via USPS but not accept a PO box address?

    The message was from eBay. We have shipped to PO boxes for years. We are as baffled as you! eBay handles shipping details and we purchase our labels from them. If you got an invoice from us, I don't think it would tell you we don't ship tp PO boxes. I'm very sorry you had this issue.
