Hat listed as new with tags. Came extremely wrinkled and stained. Did not seem new. Seller blamed the wrinkles on the packaging and discoloration on age. Looked like sweat stains. Seller responsible for packaging so not a valid reason for poor condition.

This is not true and quite over the top. The hat was new and was not extremely wrinkled and discolored. Seller had the option to return for a refund but decided giving negative feedback was the more professional thing to do.
