I asked the seller for a refund. The seller said ok and then contested my return request in the open case with eBay. The seller uploaded the shipping info for the second leg of the shipment of the same package which made it look like they mailed two separate packages. I still got a refund since eBay ruled in my favor. I do not recommend the seller.
