The replacement was supposed to ship out on 8/2 or 8/4. I requested tracking information for the new shipment. They said they would provide, however never did. They have ignored my multiple requests for tracking information. I have requested a refund which they have closed. This is the worst experience I have had with online purchasing. They have taken $685+ of my money and I have nothing .
