On the upside, the company was quick to respond and to offer a refund when I reported that I hadn't received my item after 2 weeks. On the downside, it turns out that they were just acting as a middle party and ordering from another supplier without requesting any notifications or shipping information, so they'd never know if the item reached me. Basically they wasted my time advertising an item they didn't actually have and didn't check into before accepting my order.
