After a lot of hours of study with absolutely no support from seller we discover these products are configurable and that the default configuration comes with signal activation of 5-0 kΩ instead of 0-5VDC that we need and with 36VDC instead of 24VDC that we need. They answer after lot of queries that we need a technicians that reprogram the units to our required configuration, but we don't have any, because it need a programmer module that it's over $400.
