Brand new in package with all hardware needed to install under normal usage..If these fail it is totally my fault!! I wanted tracks on my nitro and was told it couldn't be done. I drilled and tapped these to use tmaxx driveshaft retainer threaded pins instead of o rings and smooth pins. I made brackets for the stabilizer shocks and these extensions got my clearance needed for the knuckles to clear tracks. Worked out perfectly!! Thank you!! AAAAAA++++++
