The watch is in good shape. I put in a new battery, and it works. Just a suggestion: I know this was a used watch that had obviously been worn, but a little cleaning would have been nice. The face was splattered with something, and I thought the crystal was damaged. However, it came off immediately with a damp microfiber rag. I'm not taking off a star because the "problem" turned out to not be a problem.
