When i received the item,it had one head of the kit that was defective, item wasn’t a cheap price, it was a rare item,and it was listed as brand new, seller gave a very small refund back, the defective piece was a big part of the draw to this set, in my opinion the refund given back fell very short of my expectations, but at least a small refund is better than nothing, if i would have returned it i would have lost on the duty’s I had to pay and be empty handed.found a replacement part on eBay

This one takes the cake. Paid $65 for the figure, requested a $30 refund for ONE of the four heads having a manufacturer defect. Rude as can be, told me "i opened the figure and put it back", wouldn't stop messaging rudely despite my professionalism. Requested a return, which was granted. Then proceeded to try and fleece me for $25 he paid in duty, and when i wouldn't pay he decided to keep the figure. I STILL gave him some money back and this is the thanks i get. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Comics arrived mostly safe, however were tossed in a bag and loose, no bags or boards.

Comics were fully wrapped and protected in a brand new box; clearly arrived safe, yet need to complain. Paid less than $1 a book; bags and boards are at 20 cents each now- not bagging and boarding large lots allows me to sell way lower than most and in my experience collectors re-bag and board after purchase anyway.
