When placing the order the shipping was for “complimentary” tools. The screen came in the next day but was the wrong size. They wouldn’t send me a return label without leaving a 5 star review first. Finally got it refunded and returned and ordered the correct screen. Shipping took longer than expected but the item arrived as described and worked.

1. You purchased the wrong product yourself and need to pay for the shipping fee to return it (eBay also explains this, and the link also explains it)
