The item I purchased was sent in a plastic envelope with no bubble wrap or other padding. Item arrived with box damaged.. I've contacted seller twice requesting a refund. Seller did not respond Seller does not offer refunds however since the box was damaged, I expected to receive a response and refund. Seller was not reliable so I am giving a negative rating.
