I bought a used pair of Innov8 hiking shoes from this seller. The shoes looked almost new when I received them after a close inspection. Well after wearing them twice to hike about three miles each time the rubber bumper material on the sides was coming off and the soles started to separate from the shoes. This is something that the seller could not know was going to happen given the shoes still looked almost new when they sold them. The seller was great and gave me a full refund. Thank you.
