He showed me that one of my dampers was frozen. I ordered these 2 dampers, and one of them replaced the frozen damper and got the ink flowing again. The final tip was to remove all of the dampers, put a folded up paper towel under the print head, and squirt cleaning solution through each of the colors.

Unfortunately, one of the print-heads was defective as it did not print the picment black. However, the other one worked very well and it came at a good price. These print-heads come cleanly and neatly packaged. They look new even though they might have been refurbished. Seller refunded quickly for the defective one and I hope to purchase another one from him soon.
