Five minutes after ordering this item I asked the seller to cancel it because I found said item, new and cheaper. The seller refused when I tried using the item I discovered the ratchet was not working , I contacted the seller but he did not respond.

Buyer purchased item and tried to cancel order 12 hrs after because he found a better price. Unfortunately the item was already processed and dropped off for shipping. Buyer never put in any request for a return,this is clearly a tactic to use feedback as a means of manipulation.
