The open ear design is exactly what I needed! I can't use earbuds they fall out of, and hurt my ears, I can't use over the ear headphones at my work for safety reasons - these are a perfect solution. My only criticism is- once paired to a device, they're constantly trying to connect to it. Often times, I've missed calls from not hearing them. The touch control is very sensitive and likely is the issue. They last forever on a full charge though - still 100% worth the small inconvenience.
