This seller did a shipping method that required a signature and I was not home at the time of delivery. I called the post office to have them resend it and they didn't, I told the seller to call at their end and see what can be done they told me to wait and refused to call the post office or removed this signature request. I then after a week asked for a refund and the seller refused until , I told them I will dispute the charge. Terrible seller , I will never buy anything from them again.
