BUYER wanted to keep the set but demanded a partial refund. I would refund in FULL if they provided VIDEO showing cracks AND the unique signature. Buyer refused. You can see in the buyer's pics that the "cracks" are in DIFFERENT positions in different pictures. A cup cannot get 3 vertical cracks without shattering, it's impossible. Reported this buyer to USPS and AG
