The garment was received with a strong cigarette smoke odor, possibly masked by a scented spray. Additionally, there was evidence of deodorant contamination in the underarm area, despite the item being advertised as new with tags (NWT). The tags were affixed to the shirt with a safety pin, rather than being securely attached in the manner typical of retail merchandise. Shipping time and cost were appropriate.
