Likes - The seller communicated when messaged, shipped quickly and was willing to receive a returned item. Dislikes - the item did not work or was broken despite description stating tested and working, insisted multiple times for me to investigate the authenticity of the item and fix the broken item myself, complained over messages about my desire to have a working item which is not courteous given the cost of the item.

buyer opened a return. I reached out to him. he clamed item was broken and not authentic. I gave him tips on how to get it working. buyer accused me of selling a fake item, asking question no one who is knowledge on verifying and authenticating Pokémon games would ask. I taught him how to prove that the game is original and to ask someone who knows about Pokémon games. Sorry, you see swift customer service as "complaining". if you're unsatisfied why did you choose to close the return?
