I am sorry , but evidently this was bounced or thrown in the process of shipment , because the keyboard has been dislodged. I am going to take it to my piano technician shop to see if it can be repairer.

I'm sorry too, sadly I cannot control the post office shipping issues. I double boxed that item, bubble wrapped and filled with peanuts, not sure what else I could have done to get it there safely.
