Item did not come as new or an open box like it said, nor did it even look like how it appeared in the picture. the sticker was even MORE worn than in the picture, memory did not work with my laptop after trying everything, didn't work in the secondary laptop i had... worst of all, sticks looked to have some water damage on it, and had a rather strong smell of dish-washing soap. I did not spend $172 for dead memory. I am not happy at all, and would like a refund...
