    An incredible and professional seller. This is a prime example of a transaction where the item didn't work out as I had wanted, but the communication and return process went smoothly.     was waiting for weeks to receive the product. never showed up. I contacted the seller and they told me there was an issue with the shipping and that they were getting it out right away. another week went by and the purchase showed that it still had not shipped. I had to cancel to order.
