Received an email from ebay saying the seller was unavailable until Tuesday. This was Monday. I had ordered on Saturday. The stools arrived on Wednesday. Though ebay never communicated again until after UPS had delivered all went very timely and to my complete satisfaction. There was one small tear in the faux leather on one of the stool but it is hardly worth the hassle of an exchange.
