- a***o (97)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller admitted later they sold a broken item after I pointed it out from their photos. The description and photos by the seller did not mention, or clearly show the broken piece, deceptive! They did advertised it as used, but in good condition? Seller finally offered to reimburse $17.50 of the $52.56 total cost. I offered to mail it back for full refund, they refused, stated no returns accepted. This was a gift, had to buy another elsewhere. Broken item, loss of money! Buyer beware!Reply from: bamapickin- Feedback replied by seller bamapickin.- Feedback replied by seller bamapickin. We are sorry for our mistake, but you do not have to lie. We informed you that ALL ebay purchases are satisfactory guaranteed and that if you were unhappy with the purchase please open a return with ebay and we will happily accept it. Your reply "that is too much of a hassle" and you just want us to reimburse you and keep the item. Truth is, we made a mistake, we offered a return, but you insulted and threatened us. As I said before...Have a great day!
