machine works are the only problem I had was really contacting the seller and making sure that they ship the item on time on top of confirming if certain things came with the machine I asked of Cups came with it I never got an answer until I got the package and I realized it doesn't come with the cup sets I didn't like how I had to get to the point where I wanted to cancel the order before the seller reach out to me the and shipped a day late then what was told to me it was frustrating
