Really torn. They crew are friendly, but I've just had bad luck with the wrong part being sent initially for another part of this order, and then this part breaking when tightened. Frustratingly, HUBBED is the service used for return, and there are no drop-off points within 50km. So with this part having broken, and no easy return option, the experience has been frustrating. Hopefully LuxBMX can address some of these hiccups and continue to improve because they have a great store.
