"Lightly used" doesn't cover that problem.
Seller had clearly tried to apply some sort of glue/epoxy on the exterior seams at the tips.
I was forced to order a substitute for my brother's birthday present.
Should have known better based on the username and feedback rating.

i most certainly did not put anything on the tips or anywhere else. if you had a problem, you shoud have contacted e direct and i would have worked with you. i just saw this feedback today and you have had the item since 6/6 and i never heard anything fro you until you posted this feedback on 5/15? why didn`t you contact me as soon as you had an issue. i shipped it with air in it. it must have held air for a while, but i don`t think it is for playing a game with.u should have wrote me w/problems

Indeed, the worst experience I've ever had with an ebay order or seller. Slow to no communication. A plethora of excuses for not shipping my paid order (after confirmation of funds received). Thank goodness ebay stepped in to intervene. I'm not one to push or badger. In follow up with the seller, there was always an excuse or explanation. I waited patiently for my order for over a month. Ultimately, it was refunded by an ebay override; not initiated by the seller.
Note to self... Don't.
