    we responded to you 3 times asking for your full postal address so we could check you order, you provided your post code only, and we asked you a further 3 times to confirm your full postal address so we could sort any issue out - you ignored all our requests for information to resolve your issue then opened a case against us, again ignoring all our messages to get your details to confirm we had your correct address details - we have sold thousands of products with no issues!!!
