This HP Laptop exceeded my expectations in quality, performance and appearance. Happy to see truth-In-advertising in this day. I have the identical HP 17.3 inch laptop (albeit with half the memory and drive capacity) in my office that I bought at huge retail store 5 months ago, and this particular item, in my opinion, is as pristine.
