First of all you contacted us afterwards and not upfront about a possible problem with customs. We ALWAYS register parcels to Norway correctly, as we have sent you also photos of your order. With many parcels to Norway only yours ever had a problem with VAT. As ebay advices to show the invoice to Norway customs you prefered to double pay Norway VAT, which you shouldn't have done. Also eBay collects Norway VAT, not us and they refund, enough you request it!
