Item took ages to arrive, docket created but never launched, after I finally reached out I was informed it had mistakenly been on-sold and had already gone to someone else. Seller source a replacement but after all that it’s really disappointing glow piece, almost non existent?

Buyer was advised within eBay's postage period (1 day after sale) of the error, instead of cancelling the order, a replacement was sourced and sent directly to the buyer. 2 way Communication was made throughout and the buyer stated that they were happy with our actions and the outcome.Buyer has had product for 3 weeks prior to leaving feedback, in which they had the option to utilise our 30 day return period.I would suggest that other sellers consider adding this buyer to their blocked list.
