It had the evidence of a return label on the box and was not packaged like the factory. The earbuds would not even turn on. That's probably why they were returned before. I requested a return and promptly received a return label and returned them weeks ago. I have sent at least 6 messages to the seller and haven't received any reply or refund. Very deceptive.
