What I received is not what I bought...ram memory was advertised to be 16gb and it s only 8gb. Also advertised with wifi but it has no wifi card so impossible to scan any network. I contacted seller to ask, but he doesn t know...now to upgrade the computer to the advertised specs it will cost around 180usd...Since I live in the caribbean I can t even send it back with label. So I asked a partial refund to the seller to cover the necessary upgrade. He dared to offer me a ridiculous 10usd refund.
