These pipes seem to be loose. They are going on a 1970 CB350K twin, When I put the pipes on the cylinder head with the round seal then screw the other part on to the cylinder head that is supposed to tighten up the head it never gets the headers tight. I can move them left and right in the head. I suspect the flair on the end of the header is too small a diameter.
