Instead of accepting return he asked USPS for insurance saying they shook the box to hard and it opened the pack inside. It made no sense. Refused to refund me so I am very happy eBay stepped in. I opened a case and he refuted the case. eBay sided with me again. Then I returned the item and he again didn’t send the refund right away. After a few more days eBay sent the refund.
