    The seller was wonderful, unfortunately the orginal item ordered didn't (has yet) to arrive, but when contacted the seller to see if there was a tracking number or if they could chase it up, they sent out a new item with tracking, I happily offered to pay the postage, so that they didn't loose out, but that was refused, there was great communication, and would happily buy from them again, and if the mascarra does turn up, I shall be letting them know.

    The item itself is well packaged and delivered on time. Received in excellent condition and very clean. Quality is excellent but the sash that came with it only had "fashion" written instead of "Christian Dior" making my partner question the authenticity. šŸ˜… Aside from that, it still looks very good and is a value for the money. As for communicating, I have sent a message enquiry once but never received a reply though.
