This does not fit an original, 1980 Honda CB750F, 16MM, threaded tank fitting. This has larger, attachment thread, 18MM?

I ordered a car spare part, stated weight 1 kg / size as per picture min 15x15x15 cm !
After more than 3 weeks supplied a large envelope with a weight of loss than 100 g, see the photo, I refused to accept the delivery.
Unfortunately I have to say that the seller tried to extend the purchase and he told to you that the adress was incorrect, which is not true. A delivery was brought to me, but as the content could't be correct (size and weight), I didn't accept it !
