Instead, she substituted one of my items for a kitchen item that I already have,...and of a different brand....without asking if I'd take it, or....if I wanted a refund for the missing part. Now I've paid for a piece that I don't want or need. One piece of the order was correct but you can't just throw something into an order to fill space. PLS Respond to problems!
