The buyer requested I launder the shirt before shipping, which resulted in damage he then asked me to sew, causing more damage. I didn't feel comfortable sending him anything but a perfect item, because I want my customers to receive exactly what is in the listing. I then cancelled the sale and immediately refunded his money on this unshipped item. What I got in return was this unwarranted negative, my first in 24 years of sales.
