Lied when shipped, printed label but held onto more then 3 days, arrived in ripped package, extremely dirty hat. Waste of money do not buy from seller!!!

Packaged was delivered to the post office once label printed. If post office did not scan on time or damaged the package, we were not aware of this. Buyer did not bring these issues to our attention once package was received. Did not give us a chance to resolve his concerns prior to leaving negative feedback.
