The item arrived within expected time frame. However, when I opened it, the item cracked in my hand. EBay encouraged me to notify the seller rather than post negative feedback. I did this and they offered to replace the defective item. After waiting over a month I went back to the seller to let them know nothing had been received, thinking maybe it had been overlooked with Christmas! Their reply was that they had sent it and that was it! Why offer to replace and not follow through! angry!
