    Well the add say 14 pieces and I only received 8 ?

    14-pieces were shipped out. There are 4 washers on the screws that are difficult to see in photo... that would be 12 pieces. The bearings are no longer in the package that was sent out... the other 2 pieces which would make 14-pieces. Buyer wants a return under the premise it took too long though shipped the day after purchase and delivered the next week.
