I habe bought the NYX Eyebrow Powder Pencil for the second time now. When I bought it for the first time, at first I did not use it. But since I started to use a base cream for eye-make-up before the application of the Eyebrow Pencil, the colour powder stays well on the area of the brows for mostly the whole day. I habe decoulored my eyebrows a bit with a mild decouloring cream, and with this pencil they look lighter than in my natural colour.That effect I like.
