    The 12 items were packaged in individual sealed plastic packing. Then combined into a larger sealed plastic bag. 5 of the items were rusty on arrival, with the others ok. The seller had denied that they were not like that when sent but clearly the packaging suggest they had already rusted before sending. This has been a really disappointing purchase, as I’m unable through travelling to return these in a timely fashion.
