They sent photos of the item fitted to the vehicle, they stated the item had scratches. A car detailer would would have attention to detail and would spot the marks when opening the packaging. This customer decided to fit the item on the car, which would take a few hours to do. They failed to check the spoiler and contact us prior to fitting. We would have helped but our returns / replacement states items need to be in original condition and un-used.
