I was a bit disappointed that the sound didn't work on this item, but it was in great shape, and the motion did work. I spoke with the seller, who was patient and understanding. I carefully took the unit apart, as agreed, and fixed the issue. Seller said it worked when they shipped it, and I believe them. Unit works, and seller was fair in allowing me to work things out.
