They also are extremely poor at communication times if you have a problem. It took the better part of a week for one response. I had sent another message and almost another week later and still no response back. Sellers reason to canceling the order violated the user agreement. I gave them a chance to make things right but I felt like I was being ignored so I have turned this over into eBay's hands.
